Looking to get in touch with you sacred feminine? Looking for a fun new cardio exercise to add to your routine or kick start your workout? Maybe you already know a bit about bellydance but would like to drill your moves for a solid foundation? These classes will provide you with the basic moves, transitions, and introductory choreography you need to do that! You will learn how to isolate by focusing on your hips, arms, and silhouettes AND you will learn how to bring all your movements together with your own flow and style.

Full refunds are given for cancellations only if you cancel with 12 hours or more notice. If you cancel within 12 hours of the appointment, only a 50% refund will be issued.
